Level 1 Exam Pattern/Structure
- CFA Level 1 Exam Conducted four
times a years
(FEB,MAY,AUG,NOV). - Exams is taken in 2 session ,
having Total 180 mcq (90 for
each session) with the duration
of 2hr 15 min for each session. - In 1st Session question comes
from these subjects :- ethics &
professional standards,
quantitative methods,
economics, and financial
statement analysis - In 2nd Session Question Comes
From theses subjects :- equity,
fixed income, derivatives,
alternative investments and
portfolio management.
CFA Level 2 Exam Pattern/Structure
- CFA Level 2 Exam Conducted
four times a years (FEB,AUG). The CFA Level II exam consists
of 22 item sets comprised of
vignettes with 88accompanying multiple-
choice questions & it isdivided in 2 sessions of 2hr
12min for each session.
CFA Level 3 Exam Pattern/Structure
- Level 3 exams are conducted
2 times in a year which is in
may and Aug. - Exam is taken in 2 session with
2hr 12 min duration for each
session - 1st session have easy type
question where you have to
type the answer in the pc and
2nd session will be MCQ’s
based , there is no negative
marking
